Great Book

It is too bad this film was not well received. It must be 50 years since I read the book, perhaps I read it twice. There were a number of these types of books written in the 50's, Knock on Any Door etc. This was one of the best. Although I did not see the film I believe that they did the same thing to Stugd Lonigan, another one of my favorites. These films had the potential to be big films in their time. That of course is if you look at the book sales. Another book to film that was destroyed was 'A Stone for Danny Fisher'. Another Too Bad'. I am trying to fill in fill in 10 lines here. I think aside from commenting that a movie is good or bad there not much else to say.
