I have been searching high and low for a copy of this wonderful film. Does anyone out there have a copy they would be willing to lend and/or sell me?

No, but I've seen it on TV, as Jacobowsky and the Colonel.

Did you ever find this film. Available from Amazon.de as titled "Jakobowsky und der Oberst" Includes english soundtrack.

I have a version on VHS. I may be able to convert to dvd. Let me know if you still need it and I'll see what I can do.
