Influenced 'Unforgiven'

Just heard an interview with the legendary Walter Mirisch, producer of this and many other wonderful films (In the Heat of the Night, The Landlord, The Russians are Coming!,The Magnificent Seven, etc.), who said that Clint Eastwood told him that this film was an influence in the making of "Unforgiven".
