Spoiler - Dock and Billie

One thing I wasn't 100% clear on was whether Dock raped Billie towards the end of the film. I saw some scrapes on Billie's shoulder and her being in a fairly hysterical mood made me think that happened, but it was strange that Dock was already up on the hill when Link showed back up at the camp. Why did Dock go up on the hill after presumably raping Billie?
