Child/doll in the casket

In my opinion, the scene towards the end of the film where the child's casket is opened and the camera zooms in on the doll thing...THAT is scary. It appears as though the child/doll is severly decomposed and had it's head smashed in. Very scary.

I was 8 when I saw this movie and the only thing I remember is the scene you described. I remember it as I sit here typing this. That's the impact it had on me.
