I strongly agreeeeeeee! The first homage (rip-off) to Diabolique), before Hitchcock's Psycho and the same year as Vertigo.

As I understand it, there are complications because of the nature of the novel it was adapted from. It was the work of many writers, put together under one author's name. I'd really enjoy seeing it again.

This title is currently on e-Bay. Enter "Macabre William Castle", otherwise you might only find Lamberto Bava's film of the same name.

It that's true it seems kind of silly. Most of the authors are probably dead now so what's the holdup? "Heavy Metal" managed to make it on DVD despite having the works of many rock bands on the soundtrack. If they can that all figured out why not this one? I saw it on late night TV years ago and would love to see it again. I've never forgotten that graveyard scene.
