'The Man'

The psycho Dancer tries to explain that some of the heroin got padded on to a doll's face by an unsuspecting child which is not good enough for the wheelchair-bound expressionless kingpin who just has to slap the psycho. What did "the man" think the psycho was gonna do? Go sulk in his room like a teen-age grocery boy who delivered an order to the wrong house? No. He's gonna see if the decrepit wheelchair-bound guy can fly. LOL
