Re-release question

An "Alternate versions" note here states: "Re-released in 1962 with additional, 'more adult,' footage added." However, Michael Weldon's The Psychotronic Encyclopedia of Film (1983) (I think this was where I read the following, but somewhere, certainly) states that this version was much shorter than the 70 minutes that the IMDb allows for the original. Amazon.com's DVD of Invisible Avenger itself is listed at only "60 minutes," also in line with my source. Weldon (or whomever) states that the reissue version is about 50 minutes, with completely different names in the producing, writing and directing credits (only one director, in fact). In any event, according to my source Bourbon Street Shadows would not have "additional footage" at all, but less. Can anone verify this and come up with the specifics (running times, alternate credit names)?
