An official Region 2 DVD of this film has been issued by a Spanish company (a branch of 20th Century Fox?), with English and Spanish audio and Spanish (optional) subtitles. It is available, among other sites, in Amazon.co.uk. Perhaps USA/Canada (and other regions') audiences should demand a general release.
shareThe Spanish DVD is in the correct aspect ratio (2.35:1) but non-anamorphic widescreen. OK for anyone with a 20 year old CRT TV but not good enough for anyone with a modern TV or projector.

shareI saw it also on Fox Retro the same night. Have to agree - the print was very disappointing. Also disconcerting were the contemporary scenes of Stanford in a movie set during WWII.
Attractive cast in a minor Fox "B" melodrama. Hope Lange basically played the same role in her other 1958 Fox film, THE YOUNG LIONS.
