does anyone know who is singing over the mail title credits?

It's a singer named Mary Kaye, not listed in main titles, but in the soundtrack section.

Thanks to Jeane for asking, and to Bela for answering! I had wondered, too. The voice sounded very, very familiar but I guess it wasn't.
