Just read all of the posts and it seems that this movie sounds a lot like "Rebel without a cause" with James Dean, Sal Mineo and Natalie Wood.

Except Rebel Without a Cause wasn't about drugs.

And REBEL didn't have the bizarro cast and storyline this one does!
