Is This a Remake????????

Yes it is.
I saw this movie The Gift of Love as a young girl and haven't been able to forget it. I'm not sure what it is except the flawless performance by Miss Bacall that just drawa you into the movie. It was the first movie I ever saw her in Without Bogie. The little gilr was wonderful and so was Robert Stack.
FYI before he was in "pictures" he taught Carole Lombard how to skeet shoot. He won several tournaments I believe. She and Gable helped him get into movies.
Just thought I would add my 2 cents LOL Wanda

I will give 'Sentimental Journey' a try. It will be good to compare the two films.
