Fort Dobbs ~ a Good Western...but Not Great
IMDb's viewers rated the one at 6.6 and in my opinion, it's just about right at that rating.
It certainly holds up for a film made in 1958.
The acting is good, the scenery is very good; plot is good, and the casting is good.
Walker's acting is good, actually better than some of his roles, and Mayo's nice to watch.
Brian Keith steals this one, with the kid, Richard Eyer, a close 2nd and a nice surprise.
