Why kill it?
Sure, its brain was part fly. But it was part 'Andre the scientist' as well.
Who knows how much of Andre was left in that little head? It may have been most of him.
Just as the human with the fly head was becoming increasingly "fly", the little guy in the web was becoming increasingly human.
Was that murder?
I don't understand why the dimwit through the rock at the web. If he had merely touched the spider it would have quickly went to the edge of the web leaving flyman where he was.

He wasn't trying to kill the spider. He wanted to kill the fly with a human head.
Imagine if that human fly had survived, he could have fucked other flies and started a whole new species!
They should make a sequel about a scourge of fly bodies with human heads and human brains.
If that idea was made into a sequel, it would be better than most sequels today.
