i remember watching this flick as a kid but not having seen it since (30+ yrs)
i dont recall much only that i remember it was good and that song your thread
recalls

i do plan to view it again ... triggered by a recollection of tc in 'sweet smell of success'

That song got on my last nerve, though. Woulda pistol whipped him to shut him the hell UP.

Cullen's singing was certainly as annoying as hell. I wonder if he did it precisely to be annoying, or if he just fancied singing and didn't care if he was annoying or not? Shades of Radio Raheem.
