Note to self, When someone is chasing you, don't stop every 5 steps and check to see if they see which way you are running.

Same goes for car chases. Don't look over your shoulder while driving, the mirror inside the car will be as accurate and tell you that you are still being chased by another car :).
I guess they do that for the audience so everybody figures out what's going on?
