Lujan got lucky

Henry Silva as Lujan apparently came out the big winner in this film..he escaped hanging as a member of a gang who killed innocent people..watching a rape in the process take place, stealing money from a dead man..and I guess went off to live a life with his wife and son in Mexico..I wonder if Gregory Peck left him all or part of the money that was stolen from him for good measure..
1 other small problem I had..was when Peck 1st went to his ranch to get a fresh horse..and his daughter was outside playing..why was she dressed in a dirty rag..the caretaker had a nice dress on..and later on at the church she was dressed great..Just asking...
