I never really thought much about her, but she was beautiful in this, even in her mid-forties. She had amazing legs in those short shorts!

The attractiveness of Kerr's legs was certainly not lost on her handlers. In a very different kind of movie with the 16 year old Hayley Mills - The Chalk Garden-- Kerr wore the same shorts.

Yes, she was an exceptionally beautiful woman. I believe she was born in late 1921 which would have made her 36 or so when "Bonjour Tristesse" was filmed.
