Is the DVD release in good color?
I have a 1978 VHS with excellent full color. Later I read that other releases were from prints with faded color, and that no good prints existed.
I'm in Canada.
The colour is pretty good. Not faded. At a couple of points there is a
momentary darkening/lightening of a scene. DVD warns about age of the print.
But, in my opinion, well worth it for the widescreen anamorphic DVD quality.
