When they did made the H-Men, did'nt they use silicone gel like they did with "The Blob"?

"A secret chemical compound" is all I can find out. That's helpful.

They force-squeezed it under pressure to get it to go where they wanted (and reversed the shots to show it retreating). The shots of it going along walls and such were sets turned on their sides and photographed as if they were rightside up, of course.

Pretty good effects, everything considered.

But the "H-Man" got there first. I guess great globs think alike.

I seriuosly doubt the blobl copied it, coming out at the same year this one probably havent even been heard about in america back then.

That's my point. Both films devised roughly similar methods of creating their "goo" independently of each other.
