Patricia is more interesting and appealing than Julie

. . . prettier too.

I had to reduce this to an Archie comics comparison, but there is a Veronica/Betty thing going on here. Julie is a rather basic good girl (good as in moral and all that). Beautiful actress, but the character is ultimately kind of plain.

Patricia, by contrast, has more spirit, and her vanity gives her an intriguing bad-girl side (but not an unchaste kind of bad girl, just a naughty element). Plus, I think she has the distinct edge in looks.

I'd take Patricia over Julie any day.
