I thought this movie was absolutely amazing. (SPOILER) My recording went off when they dress up the main character in the straitjacket and drag him away. What happens after that?

we just see that young girl standing , the one who was supposed to meet her lover in the station, as if she was still standing there since the moment she said goodbye to her lover.
