I love this movie!

I especially love the fact that it features neither an "attack" nor "puppet people," per se.

And I love the fact that the guy who was originally cast as the doctor in Star Trek is the bad guy!

I put this movie in while I was sketching stuff. I had never seen it before, so I wasn't expecting anything good. But I must say, it really creeped me out!!The bad guy was sooo mental!!!

I thought John Hoyt did an excellent job as Mr. Franz; he was undeniably crazy, but also sad and pitiable as well.

I like Puppet People, but glad to know some people love it. John Hoyt was an excellent actor, IMHO.

I thought it was kind of funny to see Hoyt in a role like this. Whether a good guy or a bad guy, he usually played very stern, patriarchal types, but in AotPP, he's hilariously prissy. He had a good acting range, that's for sure.

I was surprised at how much I liked this movie. It had a lot of potential with the way the "puppets" got used to their captivity over time and even enjoyed it occasionally. It's the sort of intriguing plot The Twilight Zone might have tackled. And this was often done in surprisingly subtle ways. Like when the girl is made to sing for Hoyt, at first she's understandably annoyed, but then looks at her boyfriend and starts to relax more. You know if this movie were made today, the characters would be as bland and 1D as possible by comparison.

I truely HATE the fact that it features neither an "attack" nor "puppet people!"

Also "Bones" from Star Trek is too good of an actor to be cast in this pile of *beep*!
