Does a cyclops have any rights?
Ok, for the sake of arguement, let's say some eccentric old millionaire keeps a cyclops locked in his basement. Well, the old geezer passes away and goes on to his final reward. Meanwhile, the cyclops escapes. So....I'm wondering, if the cyclops acts reasonably civilized, I mean, he doesn't kill anybody or eat a guy or anything, well, would the cops bother him? Would they grab him. I mean, he's not exactly an escaped lion, but he is rather unsavory looking. On the plus side, he's housebroken, keeps a nice cave, uses tools, can start a fire and knows how to cook. Unfortunately, he doesn't appear to wear clothes. Well, does a cyclops have constitutional rights?
