Music

I think Trevor Duncan's music to Quatermass and the Pit (the jarring horned section of which is also in Quatermass 2) is as important in unsettling the audience as what actually takes place on the screen. I love this music and it is so much more powerful than Tristram Cary's soundtrack for the movie. What I want to know is if anyone can tell me whether any of Trevor's music for the BBC QatP is available on CD at all.

If it isn't, then I think the BBC owe it to us all to make it available. The only BBC related Quatermass music release that I'm aware of was a 'martian sound' on a Sound Effects record many many years ago!
