Creepiest intro for a TV show

The introduction scene for Quatermass and the Pit is extremely creepy and builds tension right off the hop, especially with that eerie music blasting a sinister mood in the background! I say it out does other shows from it's time for being the best suspense builder (even over The Twilight Zone) and I don't think there's anything modern that comes close. Brilliant intro, just the thought of it sends chills down my spine. I love all the episode conclusion/cliffhanger shots too!
