Does anyone know the outside broadcast location of the construction site seen in the first episode of the 1959 BBC serialised version.
Surely someone recognises the huge hotel-like building seen in the background!

According to an article about the making of the serial in an issue of TV Zone magazine dated January, 1999, the location was in Cheapside, which is in the City of London, near to the Bank of England.
