The guy on TV?
Does anyone know who's that guy singing and dancing on the TV when they try to locate Treleaven? He kinda looks like Buddy Holly doing some Elvis moves.

According to the credits, that guy is the late John Ashley. Coincidentally enough, I had just gotten done watching this film & had seen Ashley's name in the credits but hadn't recognized him in the cast. So I came to imdb to see which character he had played.
Ashley appeared in a few beach blanket type films but he is probably best known for the horror films he made in the Philippines, in particular the Blood Island movies (Beast of Blood, Mad Doctor of Blood Island, etc.).
