Could Marlene Dietrich really play the accordion? She looks so convincing when she plays it in the "I May Never Go Home Anymore" scene. Maybe she just had a good coach, and even if she was playing for real, it was probably re-recorded. But does anyone know if she really could play?

I don't know about the accordion, but I understand she got rave reviews for her ability to play the organ...she even once performed for JFK at the White House.

Yeah, but that was the mouth organ.

I'm guessing that she knew how to play it.
