Favorite Bugs Bunny Cartoon

My favorite Bugs Bunny cartoon is the one where I believe Bugs is a barber and he's is doing Elmer Fudd's hair. There is one part where he is standing on top of Elmer's head scrubbing in whatever type of oil he put in. Does anyone know the name of this episode? Is it "What's Opera, Doc?", or something else?

You're thinking of "The Rabbit of Seville". Also pretty funny, but I give "What's Opera Doc" a slight edge. You should be able to find both of them on YouTube.
