Which looney tunes is this?

I remember one with a motorist who gets stuck on a network of highway off ramps, and there is a guy in a hot dog stand who keeps giving him directions. The motorist can't find his way out, and eventually the hot dog guy admits that he got stuck here once years ago, and he had to open the hot dog stand to keep from starving to death. In the end the motorist opens a mustard a pickle stand next door. It's way existential, and I wanna know what the title of it is!
