who has the rights and why its not on DVD???

I echo your feelings on this!!!!!!! when you think of some of the really crappy stuff out on DVD now, that you couldnt possibly care about, yet this little gem is out of our grasp!!

Just give it time; whoever has the rights to it will soon come to their senses; after all, they stand to make some money with this title; that should get their attention!!!!!

I think, though that the fact the Turner has most RKO stuff is probably not the issue.......but just where do we start in trying to research this kind of info? any thoughts?????????
