Excellent supporting cast...

This was great to finally see, with two of my favorites, Barbara Stanwyck and Joel McCrea.
What a great extended cast: Earl Holliman, Susan Kohner, Royal Dano...
And a coincidence to see Edward Andrews, who appeared with Barbara in THESE WILDER YEARS (which was on earlier in the day, thanks to TCM!).
Celia Lovsky who appeared with Barbara in a BIG VALLEY episode.
Ditto John Dehner, who guested in one of my favorite BIG VALLEY episodes, where he keeps calling "Victoria" 'Quality Woman!'

I agree with you..excellent supporting cast..and do not forget Terry Lawrence in his 1st and only film role as Quito with his engaging wink and smile that makes you feel all will turn up well for this new family in the end!

I'm now watching a colorized version of this for the time. I always like Barbara Stanwyck. And Royal Dano too.
