Really Good Movie

I enjoyed it enough to find it on DVD and buy it. I have always liked Paul Douglas a lot and the whole cast of supporting characters was good. My favorite scene was when the drunk knocked Baby on her can.

I recently saw this for the first time. I didn't remember seeing Paul Douglas in anything before. His character in this film was one of the most endearing I've ever seen. I'll definitely have to check out his other work.

I actually just posted a long essay noting similarities between this film and Gidget (1959), of all things. lol

Both the casting and direction of this movie were exceptional. Paul Douglas was marvelous. I really enjoyed the way the floor show and subplots were woven into the movie. Great fun!
