I've been looking for a copy in VHS or DVD regions 0 or 1. I can't get TCM or video-on-demand -- any ideas?

Not sure why anyone would actually want a "hard" copy of this film. Maybe so you could hand it to friends and say "Here! This is how NOT to make a war movie", perhaps?
Anyway, you can still watch it on Netflix. It must be pretty cheap to license because they still have it despite all the negative reviews and ratings.
