Maybe. Maybe not. Who knows?
Her IMDb bio says she and husband Michael O'Shea had just one child, a daughter born in 1953.
It's not impossible that she could have been pregnant again when this movie was made in 1957, but miscarried at some point. I agree she did look "full figured" in that short scene.
Just to answer this question I watched her scene in TSoM again, and in the first scene where she poisons her brother she sure does look pregnant behind that flowing gown. Notice how she holds her drinking chalice to hide her belly, which does appear to be "bulging".
However, in the ensuing scenes with Julius Caesar and Mark Antony she doesn't look pregnant at all. But in the final scene where she commits suicide, she looks pregnant again. Very pregnant. With engorged breasts. It makes me think her scenes might have been shot months apart and put together in post production.
We'll never know.
Jesus is coming. Look busy.
