Fox is releasing Stopover Tokyo 7/10/07, separately and as part of its Joan Collins five disc box set (also includes The Girl in the Red Velvet Swing, Sea Wife, Rally 'Round the Flag Boys, and Seven Thieves).

Not true: I own the disc. And it is very definitely still available, singly or as part of the Joan Collins set. (Try Amazon, Deep Discount, DVD Planet, Movies Unlimited, and many others.) Where did you get your (mis)information from?
Fox has stopped issuing its classics for the present, which is indeed a pity, but they should resume doing so sometime in the future -- probably when the economy and DVD demand picks up. (Let's hope so anyway.) But most films they've already issued are still available, including Stopover Tokyo. Fox now also issues most of the UA library, besides its own films.
