I have a copy of the play, and I tried to follow along while I was watching this on TV. But for the life of me, I could not find in the play the line "She'll burn - before the Pope gets to hear of it". The line is spoken by Warwick (John Gielgud) in the film.

This leads me to think that Graham Greene, and not Shaw, wrote that line. But it sounds so much like typical Shaw that I can't believe he didn't write it.

Are there other editions of the play with that line?
