At about 2 hours and 14 minutes, when Allison -- having returned to PP for the trial -- is sitting in a booth in the bar, rebuffing her mother's attempt at reconciliation, is that Grace Metalious in the booth right in back of her?

The gal over Allison's left shoulder you mean, grayish-blue sort of outfit? No, that's not Grace Metalous at all. Don't know for sure who it is, but it's definitely not Grace. The facial structure is wrong for it to be her.
