Does anyone know if Winston Hibler sang the pop song "I Believe" in the late fifties?

i believe it was Frankie Lane who made a recording of "I BELIEVE" in the late 50`s.

It may have been Al Hibler, a popular singer in the early 50s.

Frankie Laine did have a big hit with this song in 1953. Hibler may have recorded it as well.
