Joel McCrea is a doctor going west but settles in Oklahoma with his new born baby when his wife dies in childbirth. The movie then movies ahead a few years when his daughter is older. This is a great Joel McCrea western that the whole family can enjoy together. Don't miss it if you have never seen it. If you have enjoy it again.

I had that comic book too plw even though I don't remember much about it.
I watched the movie again the other night and enjoyed. Gloria Talbert played a young Indian woman in it as she did in several movies. I remember a dance scene where she danced with Brad Dexter who was the villain but it was a cool scene and they got a little out of character because they did a great dance and were enjoying it and smiling which was out of character since the characters didn't like each other. Still it didn't hurt the movie and was great. You Go Gloria and Brad!
