I found it ironic that Barbara Rush and Jeffrey Hunter were once married and had a child, who was 5 years old at the time of the movie. It just seemed funny to me, to see them playing the husband/wife of someone else in the movie. :-)

It may have been easier to act with someone other than your spouse. Many marrieds make movies together tho. One might be the producer or director and the other act. That happens a lot.
I never knew they were married. Gee he was so cute and his wife was so attractive. She had a wonderful voice. (B Rush)
___Rush was the best whiner on TV or the movies. I've never seen an actress who could cry better on cue. She seems older to me than Hunter, at least 10 to 15 years. They don't look like a couple to me.
