Excellent vehicle for Martha Hyer, RIP

I agree with others that this 1957 remake isn't nearly as good as the original 1936 screwball comedy classic. That stated, it does make for one of the late Martha Hyer's(who we lost earlier this year) best vehicles. She's well photographed, stunningly costumed and absolutely gorgeous as the sophisticated but spoiled Cordelia. Makes it more of a shame that she didn't get more roles as a primary leading lady during this point in her career. She's really at her apex here.
