That Sounds Like Natalie Masters as the Police Dispatcher

I was watching the movie and at one point the dispatcher comes over the radio announcing that Hammer is wanted for questioning. The voice sounds like Natalie Masters, the star of "Candy Matson." Does anyone know if it is her?
