Betty, little troublemaker (the landlord's daughter)

Anybody notice when Tati asks Betty to ride on the back of his motorized bicycle, and that other guy walks by with another bicycle? Didn't anyone see how he did this very well-known gesture, shaking his closed hand side to side as he looked at Betty, and motioning to her to get on the back of his cycle? You know what that is, he's saying "you wanna *beep*?". And it's so hilarious, at first she shakes her head, No, but after a moment she gets up from Tati's bike and runs (skipping, she's still a young girl) after the guy. It's so hilarious, I almost fell off my sofa when I saw it.
