Question (spoiler)

In the birthday flashback, when Elizabeth's mother and Robin got home and Elizabeth pushed her mother into a chair, did Elizabeth's mother die from this push? I know it seems absurd but I wasn't fully paying attention and that's how I took it. I think I recall them talking about the traumatic event having occurred either on or near the day that Elizabeth's mother died, and I didn't catch Elizabeth's mother moving at all after the blow. So, uh, did being pushed into a chair kill her?

reply

I think her mom just was so weak from the alcohol she was so frail she had a heart attack and died. I do find it crazy they wrote the scene too dramatic it's ridiculous.

So she did indeed die during or shortly after that scene... nice. And thinking back to it Elizabeth did hit her in/ push her down by her head, so I guess it could've been a death blow or at least partially so.
