Aren't Lizzie Beth + Elizabeth the same name?
I watch this in the middle of the story but I got confused when she said Lizzie wasn't her name. Isn't Lizzie a nickname for Elizabeth?

Yeah, she had three personalities, each one's name being a variant of her name. The initial, sickly, shy personality was called Elizabeth, which was the person's actual, full name. The slutty persona who went out at night and wrote threatening notes to the Elizabeth persona and called Joan Blondell a drunken slut called herself Lizzie. The third, sweet persona, who was unlocked by the doctor, called herself Beth. The names all being a variant of the same name makes sense since all three were actually the same person.
