DVD is here!

"The Land Unknown" has just been released as part of Universal's Sci-Fi Ultimate Collection, Vol. 2. As with Vol. 1, it's currently available exclusively at Best Buy, but like the first batch will probably eventually end up on sale everywhere. BB price is $19.99, which works out to less than $4 per film.

TLU is widescreen and in an excellent print. The four other titles in the set are "The Deadly Mantis", "The Leech Woman", "Cult of the Cobra" and the only color film, 1940's "Dr. Cyclops" (part of the Paramount library now owned by Universal). Great collection.
