It has been years since I have seen this on cable TV!

I think the last time I saw this aired on cable TV was back when the cable company where I lived at had KPLR TV Channel 11 out of St. Louis, Mo. in the early to mid 80's! I think I was off from school at that time when this aired but I remember seeing a young Michael Landon in the film. I have not seen it since on TV.

The cable company got rid of KPLR TV Channel 11 back in 1988 and went to a nationwide networks like TNT and TBS. We also received some other new channels to go with it as well.

KPLR TV now has gone to such programming like many other networks to WB when it started to become popular in the 90's In my opinion that was a big mistake for KPLR TV to do because the old network programming was 100X better than what is now! KPLR TV Channel 11 would show movies from all different eras throughout the week and late at night. I miss those days! Plus, they use to show on Saturday nights 2 hours of The Three Stooges shorts as well! That is what I loved to watch!
