Why didn't Morgan Earp beam over and attack from behind?

Why didn't DeForest Kelly just call up to the bridge and ask to be beamed over and catch the Clantons in a crossfire? He probably wouldn't have been wounded.

Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time

Because they already had a "Doc" there.

It is amazing how one small TV show can ruin films that came before it.

It's too bad Morg was pretty much out of it by the end of the fight. I would have wanted him to be with Doc when Billy Clanton falls dead at Wyatt's feet, just to hear him say: "He's dead, Wyatt."

That is just one of the many historical inaccuracies in this movie.

reply

All he really needed to do was mind-meld with Spock to fully and completely realize that it's just a movie so the bullets can't hurt him.

reply

Heh, heh. You'd think he'd a-know that already.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

Kirk should have beamed up Ike, and taken him prisoner in the transporter room...problem solved...the rest would be compelled to surrender.
